Meg O'Toole Meg O'Toole
President and Chief Operating Officer
Meg O'Toole is a 35-year executive level healthcare industry expert whose distinguished career included company-wide responsibility for Medicare operations with Foundation Health Corporation, which include identifying new market opportunities, achieving enrollment and revenue objectives and coordination all CMS communications. She also has held executive positions with CareMore Insurance Services, AHI Healthcare Systems and FHP. Meg currently runs her own healthcare industry consulting practice.

  Brooks Corbin
Chief Financial Officer
Brooks Corbin is a seasoned operational and business development financial executive and one of the founders of Dynamic Healthcare. He has been the first CFO for four companies that all have successfully reached profitability, leading them to profitable exit opportunities for the investors. Brooks holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, bachelor’s degrees in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University and is a CPA and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
Jim Corbett Jim Corbett
Chief Technology Officer
Jim Corbett has an excellent reputation in the healthcare industry as a technology leader. Prior to joining Dynamic, Corbett served as Vice President of Information Systems for Physician WebLink, overseeing technology development for Monarch Healthcare, where he was responsible for the development and continual enhancement of software solutions and custom applications to improve operating abilities. He previously ran his own software development firm for 5 years.
Brooks Corbin Jim Barnes
Chief Architect
Jim Barnes is an industry veteran with more than 20 years experience in software development. Prior to joining Dynamic, Barnes served as Director of Software Development at OAO Healthcare Solutions, as well as Technical Manager of Internet Development at Kaiser Permanente. Barnes earned his BA from Stanford University and his PhD from the University of Virginia.

Jay Baker Jay Baker
Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Jay Baker is one of the founders of Dynamic Healthcare and was responsible for the original design and product requirements for each Voyager module. He is a Medicare Advantage industry leader and expert in policy, compliance, systems and plan operations.

Baker is a proven corporate and early-stage marketing and product development executive including a founder of NewportWorks, a real estate voice-based application and previously VP Product Management for Data Circle and an Account Supervisor at DDB Needham, Los Angeles. He was an early stage management team member at Rare Medium and was instrumental in growing the business in to a national web and internet professional services organization. He has spent years consulting with companies to solve business challenges in consumer retail, real estate, health care, public transportation and the technology hardware and software industries.

Jay Baker Dan Bartholomew
Vice President, Professional Services
Dan Bartholomew leads the implementation and account management teams. His professional background includes experience in business process improvement, information systems development and supply chain management across the healthcare platform.  Prior to joining Dynamic, Bartholomew acted in the capacity of sales leadership at Hewlett Packard providing outsourcing services and IT solutions to the life science industry. He has also worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers as Senior Managing Director of their West coast Life Science advisory practice.
 

Sharon Alford
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Sharon Alford heads the sales and marketing departments. Her professional background includes more than 20 years of strategic sales, marketing and systems integration in the health care industry with extensive experience with national, regional and Medicare health plans. Most recently she acted in the capacity of Vice President, Carrier Relations for HealthCompare and Joppel, a Word and Brown Company, where she was responsible for overall carrier relations with major medical and Medicare health plans. Alford has also worked for American Specialty Health as Director, National Health Plan Sales and at AON Consulting in the role of Senior Associate, Account Executive.
