CMS requires Medicare Advantage health plans to process beneficiary election requests, validate data and eligibility, verify elections, generate and send correspondence and send and receive electronic transactions with CMS all within very strict compliance timelines and requirements. Should a Plan not meet these requirements, CMS has the option to place the Plan under a Corrective Action Plan, prevent the Plan from selling their product and even shutting down the Plan. The accuracy and timeliness of processing Enrollment and Membership data has a direct impact on all Plan operations.

The Voyager Enrollment Module is designed to deliver the tools and processes to validate, process and submit Medicare Advantaged Elections. The Plan will be able to maintain compliance and ensure proper documentation to support CMS Audits.
